A good word for Hopi ear candles
I suffer from sinus trouble whenever I fly, particularly anything greater then 2 hours. In order to make this bearable I have become accustomed to taking sudafed before flying to try and ease the sinus passages and prevent the certain headache that followed for several days. Then I read an article about ear candles and thought I would give it a go as i had planned a holiday in the Canary Isles, a flight of over 4 hours.
I had had several excellent massages with Sarah and naturally turned to her for advice as she is a certified practitioner. Sarah was a little doubtful as to its bebefits in this instance as I wanted to have the treatment 10 days before I was flying. I persuaded Sarah it was worth a try as I really need to find an alternative to decongestant tablets.
The treatment was simple, relaxing (Sarah is excellent at putting you at your ease) painless and had almost instant results. I felt a very large improvement in my ability to breathe clearly, my sinus passages felt absolutely clear, almost as if someone had fitted new tubes! This feeling lasted at this levelright through my flight, the week's holiday and the flight back.
I would highly recommend you try it if you have any lingering effects from a cold or sinus trouble as I have. Talk to Sarah, she will give you impartial advice, but from one who has tried it, it works and I'd definitely do it again.
