I suffered back pain for over 2 years which caused considerable disruption to my life and was becoming debilitating. This was caused by a work related problem, as I had been an Ambulance Officer for 30 years and lifting and carrying patients had taken it’s toll.
I first heard about Sarah around 18 months ago.
I was extremely impressed by the way she managed to diagnose my problem and reiterate what my orthopaedic specialist had told me, without my telling her. By carrying out a muscle testing procedure, she was able to tell me that the problem was in my lumbar region and in particular 3rd, 4th and 5th vertebrae and sacral 1. This reflected accurately what the specialist had previously told me.
I had been in the habit of getting 3 or 4 hours sleep before waking up in pain and having to get out of bed each night. This was having a significant impact on my wellbeing. I found that the ‘cupping’ procedure carried out by Sarah has been of immense benefit to me and am now able to sleep for 6 or 7 hours with only the occasional discomfort on walking. I also find that I am able to sit for longer periods and walk greater distances.
I strongly recommend that anyone experiencing this type of pain or discomfort should consider treatment through ‘cupping’ as carried out by Sarah Blay. Sarah clearly has expertise in her field. Her approach is a professional one. She gives constant reassurance and explains the process and treatment she is using.
