Working from home
Working from home is not like working from a clinic. We have to be considerate of others, such as neighbours, and that means only parking in the designated area and not outside someone else’s house. Also it helps me greatly if you remember to come to the right house, as it’s not fair to disturb others. If for instance three people mistook a nearby house for mine then that poor neighbour has had to answer the door three times and direct people to the right house! Some of the neighbourhood are night workers and do not appreciate being woken during a sleep.
Just remember house number 21 and you have it!
Missed appointments
A missed appointment means lost wages for myself and also a space in which another could have filled. Therefore it is my policy only to take bookings on the same day or the day before. This ensures that I do not have to charge you the full fee for a cancellation. Last minute cancellations will be charged for.
Only one last thing! Arriving late for your appointment could result in your treatment being shortened, as it will have a knock on effect throughout the day. In genuine circumstances I will try, if at all possible, to complete the whole treatment.
